Meeting the Heart Sales Guru

We all know that times are not good. Many of us are facing challenges to keep our sales flowing continuously. There’s hardly time for anything else other than servicing existing clients, following up on leads and doing whatever it takes to close the deals. Yet, at the end of it all, our sales just don’t seem to improve.
I like to share with all of you an encounter that I had with the Heart Sales Guru. During this trying time, she said many sales personnel found closing sales, already a difficult task, a task that seems next to impossible. Budget cuts, uncertainties and sometimes, just plain old fear has paralyzed a lot of decision making when it comes to spending money.
However, all is not lost. “Ask and you shall receive” is the law of attraction that many people understand but somehow did not put into practice enough.
She asked, “As a sales person, do you know the answers to these questions?”
- What are the main obstacles your clients put before you?
- Do you fear facing those tough questions?
- Are you able to connect with your client at a deeper level?
- Do you know how your image is affecting your client and the outcome of your meeting?
- Do you know when to close?
- Are you passionate about your product?
Indeed, as she correctly explained, there is a lot more to sales than just being nice to a client and having the best price. Even if you have the best product in town to offer, that would just be your own opinion if you failed to connect with your client’s needs. His needs are definitely more crucial than what you have to offer.
I was learning so much, I ordered more tea. That 3 hours of tea not only filled me with a lot of liquid, but I can tell you, I was stunned at how much new insights and techniques I learned. I was asking the Heart Sales Guru, how could I get my business partners to hear this, could we have more tea?

Wow..I’m touched by your heart in spreading our mission and I certainly loved connecting with you that time at Hilton Hotel..drinking tea..you are one powerful lady with depth.
Yes, the number 1 key to successful sales is through the Heart. A Heart Sale Guru is a sales person who has mastered the art of connecting with customers to bring them to the intended outcome that will add value to both parties. This is an art we have mastered and willingly share with others. When you sell with a caring heart that touch life, the law of abundance will manifest. In doing good, you will in turn receive many blessings from the universe, including money.
Sales people often talk about how difficult it is to close deals during this financial downturn. Yet, it is during difficult time that sales people can excel to the next level by helping others through solving their problems. Recently, we were invited by a government body to train engineers and managers, who have lost their jobs, in sales. Our government probably realized that the easiest way, for unemployed people to survive in a bad time, is through sales! Sales people need not be despair. If you have love, passion and powerful selling skills to truly help people, you’ll eventually be rich and happy.

It’s a mystery for me how to sell ourselves to clients. For all the reasons why they should consider us or buy from us. I just can’t fathom it.
Maybe, I need a course on that.
I realised it’s one helluva patience. The more we look at it as a sale to happen, the more we depressed.
The course you’re promoting here MUST be good one as I know that you won’t do it if it’s not worth.
Kudos to you to promote for a genuine cause – for them, and for the one who takes it!

Clients are smart people. If you give them the impression that you are SELLING them something, they will scrutinize you with skeptical eyes and wondering if you are going to rip them off. If you opt to SERVE first by offering them massive value, they will eventually buy from you. Because when they do a market research and compare your value to others, you will stand out like a crane among the chicken. Offer values and refrain from selling with a price.
