Make Money Online Using Free Resources
When I was at the World Internet Mega Summit in May 2007, I was tempted several times to buy the special packages offered by the various gurus. At the end of the summit, I went home empty handed. This is not because the offerings were unattractive or their sale pitches were too good to be true. In fact, Tom Hua, Mark Joyner, Stephen Pierce, Ewen Chia, Mike Filsaime, etc have proven beyond doubt that their methods truly worked and they are all happy multi-millionaires now. Yet, why didn’t I buy? I was thinking of making it big using free resources.
My friend recommended this website called FreeMoneyFormula which teaches internet newbies how to make money using only free resources. Though somewhat skeptical, I signed up for the free membership. After going through a few tutorials, I thought they were good enough to share the information here at the blog.
Have you heard of Winston Yap? He was previously helping Ewen Chia on the technical aspects, well hidden behind the scene. He said internet newbies and wannabes faced 2 challenges: (a) Information over-flood and (b) Spending lots of money buying several guru’s programmes, softwares, manuals, etc. Some people succeed, most don’t. Many will be forever learning and never earning. So the objective of the website,�set�up by Winston Yap and Thomas Choo,�is to disclose basic to advanced techniques to show how people can do online business using only free resources. Basically, you don’t have to spend before making some money to spend. It make take a little longer but you will still get there eventually.
This FreeMoneyFormula website is fairly new and it does not have a proven track record that using free resources to promote online business truly ticks. However, it would definitely shed some light to internet newbies on the intricacies and mysteries of the cyberworld. At least, I did “ooh” and “ahh” several times. The duo promised to guide us, step by step, using articles, blogs, videos and ebooks. They also promised a FIVE YEAR PROGRAM!

Thanks for the alert. Got the same problem when I attempted using the link. However, the problem resolved itself after a few minutes. Maybe temporary server problem. I have since included the TinyURL link in the post for everyone’s convenience.

Hi Vivienne,
I checked it out because I value your opinion, but it seems like one of the thousands of pyramid schemes already out there. You earn by referrals, and only when those referrals purchase.
That’s the general gist I got anyway. Am I wrong?

Wow! Pyramid… actually, on the surface, it does look like one. But don’t they all? For me, I signed up because I know Thomas personally (one of the founders) and he shared with me his desire to share what he has learnt and to pass it on. He is building the training videos and materials diligently, so, even if you don’t buy into the whole referral thing, an internet newbie will learn a lot from the videos alone. But to each his own, I guess. :)

Thank you for your kind words, really touched me.
There’s indeed a referral scheme available to make money. However, before I fly, I need to learn how to walk. My interest is in learning the ropes of online marketing via the video tutorials. And I did pick up 2 or 3 tips absolutely free. I trust these 2 guys set up FMF with good intentions. I knew Thomas. Before he set up FMF, he quitted his comfortable corporate job to concentrate full time on his internet business. His struggles and eventual success led him to collaborate with Winston on FMF. I’m sure he will provide values. Otherwise, his backend products will backfire too.

No, David, I would be skeptical if I did not know the background of the writer. There are just too many scams and frauds around. It is wise to be prudent.
